What information we collect
- Account and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and the items you order.
- Payment information: card and payment details are entered on our secure checkout and handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us, for example by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical and usage information: device and browser type, pages viewed and basic analytics, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer service and returns, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and, where you have agreed, send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with organisations that help us run the shop: payment providers, delivery carriers, email and website service providers, and analytics and advertising services. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
Our website and app connect over encrypted HTTPS, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for six years because UK tax law requires it. Account details and other information are kept until you ask us to delete them. Marketing emails stop as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and object to marketing. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Delete your account and data
- Email jagcouture.com@gmail.com from the address you used to shop with us, with the subject “Delete my account and data” (you can also tell us by phone on +44 203 566 9347).
- We will confirm your identity and reply within 30 days.
- We will delete your account, saved addresses and marketing preferences. We keep only the order and invoice records that the law requires us to keep, for six years, and then delete them.
