There are nine major tribes in Ghana; Ashanti, Ewe, Mole-Dagbon, Fante, Ga-Adangbe, Guan, Dagomba and Hausa. Over 70% of Ghanians speak and understand Twis, which make it second most spoken language apart from English, their official language.
Kente fabric have different styles and designs, apart from Northern region that wear Smock designs. These fabrics come in different patterns and are sewn into different styles.
