Before the first use, pour the contents of the bag into the oil bottle. Close the bottle with the stopper and shake before use.
After mixing, store for 1 month at room temperature. A deposit at the bottom of the bottle is possible.
Shake the bottle vigorously before each use.
With the dosing pipette give 1 ml per day (or 2 doses of 0.5 ml) in a spoon or diluted in a cold or lukewarm drink.
Preferably before a meal.
