How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the Lacer Technic Medium toothbrush. 2. Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in small, circular motions, ensuring you clean each tooth surface. 4. Brush the outer surfaces of all your teeth, upper and lower. 5. Brush the inner surfaces of all your teeth, upper and lower. 6. Brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth. 7. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse your toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place, preferably using the provided protective cap.

Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, twice a day, after breakfast and before bed. It is also recommended to brush after lunch or after consuming sugary foods and drinks.

Additional tips: Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. Do not apply excessive pressure while brushing, as this can damage your gums. For optimal oral hygiene, consider using dental floss or interdental brushes to clean between your teeth. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist for personalized advice on oral hygiene practices and the best brushing technique for your needs. Remember to schedule regular dental check-ups and professional cleanings.
