Heat the water to boiling point and after removing from the fire or heat source, your BruxiCalm mouth guard will be inserted for a few seconds until you find that the material feels malleable. Take the still hot shape and adjust it to the upper jaw. Remove the mouth guard and immerse it in cold water to fix the material. You can repeat the process if the mouth guard has not been properly tightened. Clean your mouth guard by rinsing it with warm water and cleaning with a toothbrush.
